Managed by DR people, not sure if they are the exact same people, but exactly the same issues (QA inadequate, calling MTs with questions, promoting someone to QA/account manager that was working on the account for about 6 months, constant turnover of account managers, etc. etc.) No dealings with the hospital at all, it's all through DR and all the same cr*p unfortunately....
