Ask about their line counting method. Is it verifiable? If asked to produce a report-by-report accounting would they be able to do that? Stay away from any companies wanting you to purchase equipment, footpedals, etc or even wanting you to get unlimited long distance without being reimbursed. This would be coming out of your pocket!! And most of all look for posts here re companies. If you see repeated posts about the same issuesover and over, chances are the posts are accurate and you would be wise to heed the warnings.

Contact your lender not online scams
Something just came on TV how the online scans on help from gov. on foreclosure has already started all over, they gave examples with picture of obama, asking for SS# personal infor, and money to start. Go straight to your lender to check it out. I wish you well, the whole thing is sooo sad, should have started long ago and jobs, this is the whole 2 things. smile
