I recently left Spheris. Their insurance premiums are so high that I couldn't afford to take it -- something like $300 + a pay period for me and one child. And they've just recently raised the deductible so that the employee must pay something like $5000 out of pocket before the insurance kicks in. Whether or not you will get the longevity bonus depends on what platform you're on. Spheris has many platforms, and employees on the different platforms get different bennies as far as PTO, pay rate, longevity bonus, etc., and even if you do get the longevity bonus, it's only something like $100 the first year, etc. In my opinion, it's not worth it.
