Something has got to change, but only in numbers can we hope to do that. Our former AAMT is no longer working for us and issue a test for certification where you are not allowed to research any term - how representative of being an MT is that?? All companies are turning to outsourcing overseas because they are allowed to. Possibly with a union, something could be done about this. To say accept it or get out is not the answer, and is not how America was built. Surely as a group, there are things we could do to stop this downward spiral. Count me in to try and make a difference.
