The professionalism is just about gone. For many companies it has basically become a mere typing job. Especially verbatim accounts. Who can't type verbatim? With a medical dictionary in hand and some researching skills, pretty much anyone can. So sadly unprofessionalim has become acceptable. Now it is just get the words on the paper and don't worry about how it looks or sounds. Oh, and make sure you also do it as fast as humanly possible. Stop kidding yourselves...we are not no longer looked upon as professionals.
