Do you transcribe all work types? Just ask your STM if the hospital you type for still has in-house MTs. If it does, and it would seem that most/all do, then that acct is overflow. Period. Your STM may call it something else. Semantics. If your company does not handle all the transcription for a facility, then your account is overflow.
