They ask on the application what you want/expect for pay. I said 8-10cpl. I currently work as an IC for 5 cpl and am very unhappy with it. I have almost a years experience now and do think I am certainly worth more. It is hard right now though for me to find a company to take me with my level of experience at a decent rate. I'm not willing to work for peanuts at this point.
