Thanks for saving the trouble and letting people know that. I don't live in NY but they should have told you that on the website before going through all of the paperwork! I love where I am too, but my family does not love my making such little money. This is why I keep hanging in there, I don't find a better job anywhere. It indeed is so frustrating! I just wish they could have enough work for all of us and that we all could support our families. Thanks about Encompass. Hope you will be okay.
