I thought it was made mandatory? I'm PT too, and my pay dropped majorly with ASR. I literally have 90% ASR now, and absolutely no increase in production. I went from around $30 per hour to around $18. See why we're mad?

Seriously though, how do you not do ASR? I was irritated with the rest the changes, but I could live with them. If I didn't do ASR, I'd still be pretty OK.

        About 6300 MTs currently ...US MTs, that is. - More Canadian ICs, etc.
        On Google Finance they had under 4000 in December..total employees - not just MTs, so that number's way too high.
