I'm a Spheris MT. I think if you can do 150-170 LPH without an expander, you'd do a good bit better with one. In the mid 300's myself with one. Your production comparatively (with the girls I personally know at Spheris) is average -- so work on your Expander and speed.
We have different levels, you know, that pay higher and higher rates. It should't be any different for you than for any of us -- you have to type a harder account level to make a higher rate. Actually, on a supereasy, lower-rate account, you could pull a ton more lines and make up the diff in incentive.
Oh, and (pardon) it is c. Criticism is spelled with two c's, not two s's.
