Why don't you try MDI-MD like I did. They seem to be very flexible and they have had job postings lately. That's how I got in. So far, I am impressed with the way they do things. Line rate isn't to shabby either. You only have a minimum line count they want you to start at, but can commit to more, if you want. I personally am going to start 1000 a day, which is pretty much what I am doing now with my other job and then work my way up. The only drawback is that once you commit to those lines each day you have to stick with it until you're done. So, you just have to be careful not to bite off more than you can chew. Good luck in finding a new job.
