Firstly, when I went with them, I was trying to switch to employee status after being an IC for a very long time. This was very hard to do -- old habit die hard, especially those of not sitting still for hours at a time LOL. I sit with a heating pad on my back when I type, and I actually got a couple of blisters from trying to sit and type for so long at a time.

Secondly, they had an orthopedic that they asked me if I would like to try. I thought this would be great, you know, same dictators all the time, repetitive, etc. However, it didn't turn out to be the case for some teason, and I didn't like the account. Now...obviously they would have changed my account, but this combined with the employee-status-required sitting longer than I was used to, I just decided to hang it up and keep my old job - which I had never really left in the first place.

Now, I do have to say that they were very kind and accommodating to me, were very well organized, had good benefits (though high family insurance cost), and told me I could come back anytime I wanted to. They would definitely be one of the ones I would contact if I decided I wanted to try the employee route again. Plus, I'd turn down my heating pad LOL.
