You have it down pat. It's all about TAT. What do they care if we can't make a living being bounced from account to account with multiple account specifics squeezing our concentration to the limit and then losing QA points because we forgot that Dr. Kukamucakoolaka from the Naredowell account likes to say aint got. Gads, this business is getting to be so frustrating. I think we are all sick and tired of being used. Team players? Just try to network with others on your team by private e-mail and you will probably get an earfull. Don't use company IM or company e-mail because, I can assure you, those are monitored.
