I used to work for TCdd back in the day. It was a great company to work for with pretty good accounts and supervisors. I so enjoyed my job that I didn't mind putting in extra when needed.
When they did a management reorganization I had to seek other employment as I did not agree with the practices that were being put in place, and I no longer fit into their MT profile.
