Similar experience with TL to MQ. Glossy new MQ employee manual said 10 cpl was top pay and since I had been there over 10 years I asked for a raise. I'd had no quarterly QA evals in a couple of years, though I had repeatedly asked for them. QA was done for my raise request. Suddenly my former 98.8% QA scores had dropped below 97%. So sorry, try again in three months. And in three months, same story - and some really silly point deductions. I got the impression that the 10 cpl was never paid to anyone. My preferred work types were summarily removed from my pool, no explanation, no appeal. This happened because I had foolishly agreed to be a team player and help out with H&P and ER on weekends. Suddenly, because they had shorter TAT they replaced the other stuff I liked to do and became my entire work pool and I told there would be a pay reduction for any work type removed from my pool. My supervisor was horrid. The worst couple of years I've ever spent.

        I thought it was because Ctrl+I gives you all of the ilne count, but since they do sm - LTMT
