I've been very happy there. The pay scale that everyone refers to actually is one where the MTs can and do control their rates of pay. It's not difficult to understand it once you take a real look at it. There is plenty of work and the platform is a Word-based system which is easy to learn. The supervisors are great and really care about their teams. Give it a shot! There are a lot of us who are quite happy there!
