Every person is different in what they seek in a company. For me, TRS is a great place to be. I do good with the pay scale, the supervisors are great to work with, and I don't intend to ever go anywhere else. Don't let a few people's sour grapes spoil something that could be very good for you. There are some very happy MTs at TRS. As for Trinidad, frankly only two people left because of that and that was simply the right decision for them.
