Worked for them a while back. Very organized company, but pay scale is a little weird and it can be difficult to get your lines in. It's based on skill level, lines per hour, and QA score. They start you with a base rate for 90 days, and then after that, you go on the pay scale which could either mean a drop or raise depending on the above. I know some MTs really like the company - just wasn't a good fit for me.
