Radiology is paid per report. I don't know about acute care. You type in a VPN, which puts you in the facility's system, and no text expander except autocorrect from Word, cause you type the report in Word, then paste it into the facilities format -waste of time and effort -not productive, and they watch you constantly. Pay rate was comparable to others, not great, not above either.
