I filled out the application and went back a day or 2 later to take the test. I didn't wait for them to call to test. I'd figured I would just get it out of the way. Also, after a week of not hearing anything, I emailed and got a response that I would be receiving a phone call the next day. They are extremely swamped with new apps, so be patient. I would go ahead and test and if you don't hear anything in a week or so, just shoot them an email.
