We need to all say NO. Let me kind of defend myself here: I had NEVER done SR/VR and I did NOT know 3 cpl was a blatant rip-off. I did think it rather low, but I thought well, I'll try it and see what its all about. There are a couple of doctors that didn't need much editing, but for the most part - they had too many MTs trying to train a system with too many doctors and some static in the line - it made for word salad at times - gobbledygook. That garbage took longer to edit than it would to have transcribed it from scratch.
I liked the new technology of VR and my hands were getting a break, but too much editing and low pay absolutely positively SUCKS and I'll be DAMNED if I will ever do it again for 3 cpl! I would probably do it for 8 or more IF the VR was decently trained.
