My suggestion, run and run fast. You will always have to wonder if and when you will be paid and if it will be correct. Believe me, I worked there before and put up with it for a long time before I finally left. It will NEVER change. She is way to stubborn and scatterbrained to make things right, besides Jo ain't all that smart either!
