You'll be ahead of the game. The MTSOs are getting too greedy to pay and are all going to that lousy ASR and offshoring to India. A chance to work in house with benefits AND an annual raise....If you don't want it - I do ;-)

Just kidding. But I think you should take it. Your pay will catch up soon enough and the other benefits are wonderful!
