Well, I talked with my friend last night; she had applied at another company and went ahead and accepted the other job. She reads MtStars, but is afraid to post here, for fear that she will be discovered or something. She said that the recruiter she talked with is recruiting for 2 parts of the company, whatever that means, and works day and night, so I doubt that this recruiter has time to also be a supervisor.
