I actually got it work the first report I did, but I didn't know what I was doing and wondered if it was a fluke, and worse yet, what if I could not repeat it?
You are right, Word works the best of all, but as it stands I am grateful to have every bit of Smart Type I can get in ExText. It did go rather smoothly with the body of the report and now I have only to look to QA to sort out some of the other things I am sure I am doing wrong.
