Thank you so much for your kind thoughts. I really try hard every day to create an environment where MT professionals can thrive and have a positive experience. I'm deeply saddened when MTs are disappointed but truly there is only so much of this that I can control. I try to make sure always that MTS needs are met first but on many days the task is daunting. I'm always available on e-mail and I know it is unusual in this industry today but I truly lament if I think we are not meeting expectations. Warmest regards, Dorothy
