I appreciate the info.  I also have offers from Breitner, DeVenture and FutureNet, and I just received calls from Diskwriter and Keystrokes.  I'm having a tough time deciding because I want this to be my last transcription job.  (I'm going back to school).  It's been a bit frustrating because I really need to work a split shift from 4:00 a.m. to noon and I also need decent health insurance for my kids.  I worked for Precyse for awhile, but they wouldn't change my schedule to get me off of third shift even though I was promised a change after four months.  I stayed for a year before I finally got fed up.  I have 11 years of experience, so it's frustrating to be offered 8 cpl (the same rate I got on my first job at Rodeer 11 years ago), especially since I'm making a lot more now.  I really like the small companies because they pay better and value experience, but none of them seem to be able to provide decent benefits.  I'm totally happy with traditional transcription or ASR/VR editing.  If anyone knows of a company that can meet my requirements, please let me know!
