Yes, I think the owner was very scared to confront me regardless if she did not like me personally, didn't like my hours of work or quality of work, or just your basic female personality conflict like we all go through these days. I just know that this is a message from God that there are way better companies out there who do not treat their employees/contractors whatsoever with this type of respect. You should never leave a person hanging especially by not telling him/her what they did wrong to make them improve in their day-to-day function. Anyway, I appreciate your input and I know there are better companies out there today regardless of what this owner did to me. Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion.
