You must be awfully special, 'cause I have not received replies to any emails either. Was even nice enough to send lots of QA feedback for them to pass along to MTs and never received a single thank you or any sort of reply to any of those emails.
I no longer send any feedback - I just do what I'm paid to do (Edit) and nothing more - no matter how bad the errors are.
I guess they don't realize that whenever we take the time to type up feedback in the form of an email - we are not being paid for this as we are only paid by the line. Never again will I waste my time as it is obviously not appreciated. I have never worked for a company with such poor communication.
