Peg,
I want to thank you for your post! Such a nice breath of fresh air. I have a very positive attitude about this whole process because we work for a great company with great benefits. These calls complaining and moaning need to check with some other companies, see their sorry looking benefits packages, and then hear they only pay 3 maybe 4 cpl for VR.

I figure we can learn this or we will be out of a job in no time at all. All the companies are going to it, and those who aren't right now either will or will be bought up by the likes of CBAY, etc., and they will work for the Indian's or Filipino's. I love my company and I understand they have to do this, at least they are willing to pay us for it. We are blessed!
