I have maintained above what my company expects on QA audits and have been threated to be removed from the account if I keep maintaining those scores (this is my first audit).  This worries me and I really don't understand it.  I have recently started editing VR and have been getting my lowest scores ever because I am reading the text as I hear it said.  I had no major medical errors, all minor.

My company requires that we maintain 98% accuracy.  I QA'd a 98.9 at my lowest on my last audit. It made me want to throw up.  I am back on QA now.  This is killing me because I am used to maintaining a 99.2-100% audits for my 2 years in the business (straight transcription).

Ugh--any advice?
