Thanks for the all the responses with info about eTransPlus. This is all very important information, and having heard what I have now heard, I think I will stay where I am as an IC. I have a great job, but was considering switching to employee status for benefits.

        I just took a big leap and applied for IC status with a company who just posted - Too Old MQer
        Don't know about the pay, but in Jan. they were using ExText and had min. lines of 500 per day. Y - get assigned mins. of dictation. nm
        I just took their test...I also have 2 other companies I'm going to apply - Too Old MQer
