My line count woes could also be part of me being worried about my QA score.  I was never graded at the hospital.  The only feedback we got was a doctor or if another MT pulled our work off the printer and saw something.  That was our QA.  At this company, just like others I am sure, they randomly pull your work over a 3-month period and give you a score.  My last score was 98.2 which is passing but I could not help to think if they found 1 more typo, I would have failed.

Encouragement sm

I might have some tips/ideas, too, if you want to email me.  I average 220 LPH with WMX.

Thank you for the encouragement...
the fact I can see this is this main reason I am not saying anything. I am just going to try to get some lines today and maybe do some looking on the job boards. Oh, well, we will just see what happens. Thanks.
Okay, I will! Thanks for all your encouragement.

Thanks for the encouragement... sm
Thanks I am looking forward to working with them!
Encouragement! Yay!

Thanks so much for your input and encouragement.  I'll keep plugging along.

I dont' know how good/bad my dictators are....they all seem to need a lot of punctuation inserted and headings moved around.  Sometimes the things that come through make me laugh out loud, so good bonus.  *smiles*

I DO like the platform, but I am hoping in the long run I will maybe possibly be able to get to 400 lines/hour, to compensate for the much lower pay rate.  It does save on the wrists and fingers though, I must say!

I'll keep you updated!

thanks for all the encouragement
Wow... maybe there is hope for me after all! I used to type 1300 plus lph when doing straight typing but when they said double that, I thought they were nuts, but as soon as I can master those little Keystrokes I believe it will get better. Yesterday it started off so well, but wouldn't you know I got a few that I had to do multiple searches for docs, instruments, and the like, so that was frustrating. I know that all days cannot be good. I do have the skills plus experience and a positive attitude. Must go now.... as my coffee awaits me within reach of my mouse!!
Thanks so much for the encouragement! How long did that take you? nm
