Who are the companies out there who offer decent PTO, like a normal company would, semi-flexible with schedules and pay decent? If they have good benefits, it seems like they have crappy platforms or charge for errors, etc... I'm interested if anyone has any opinions for a seasoned MT looking for a long-term home.
