That is not what I am saying -

 - was told before I took the job that ALL inserts I would get credit for.  They would provide me with the standard inserts for certain dictators and I can place them in my Expander to use.

This has not happened.  I'm told to send the document to QA, they put in the inserts, and then QA gets the credit for the lines. I don't have a problem with that - but why wasn't that TOLD to me BEFORE I took the job?  More and more companies, small or large, are not being upfront with MTs in the very beginning of the hiring process and then expect loyalty after they've been slapped in the face.
