a problem for them on certain accounts.  I've read on here they supposedly got the sound problems but then see posts like this that state otherwise.  I do know, however, you can make decent lines there if you happen to get on a decent sound-quality account, if you aren't, you're basically out of luck and will probably, at the end of your probation period, be let go because you will have too many blanks from the sound deficiency and won't be allowed to work on a different account.  That's what happened with me.  The people were great, super nice, etc., but the accounts I was on they knew (FC) that the phone lines were old, the dictation station at the hospital was basically subject to hospital noise/people/traffic, and yet they expected a blank-free report to be turned in.

If you go back through the archives here you will see that the main problem with FC is their sound quality; you can't type what you can't hear and you shouldn't be docked because of something outside of your control.  Sorry it's a problem for you too.
