after going through extensive testing with a company and never getting a response, especially when I know that I've done well on the test and know that I am well qualified for the position. I feel that my time is worth something and the least a company can do after an MT takes time from her/his day to test, is to give a response, whether it be THANKS, BUT NO THANKS or whatever. It's simply the right thing to do.
