There is someone like there wherever you go.

I have worked in other types of businesses and have found that there is always one who doesn't carry their load, has an attitude that stinks, etc. and nothing seems to ever be done.  I work hard, don't make personal phone calls, do twice the work in the same amount of time because I'm efficient, and no one seems to notice.

You've just got to learn to be satisfied that you did a good job cause waiting for a pat on the pack is useless.  I know that is hard and you could use a little external motivation once in a while, but waiting for it is just going to pull you down.

I appreciate the fact that you take pride in your work.
