But it doesn't make sense, the numbers don't add up.  Why does it take 600 Indian MTs to complete 15% of Transcend's work, yet it only takes 1,000 US MTs to complete 85%?  So the Indian MTs must be substantially slower than US MTs.  How is that cost effective?  How does that affect quality and turnaround time.  I thought the advantage was that they worked different shifts; thus, the work could be delivered in a timely fashion?  But how is that possible if they are so slow?  Or is it that those 600 Indian MTs are really not that slow and Transcend is sending more than 15% of their work to India?
