That's why you only see the positive posts.
My STM would threaten us with sending
work to India if work got out of TAT. I think it only did once or twice, as there was never enough work to get in my lines, but I don't take kindly to threats, and it shows a complete lack of maturity on her part.
There is something so wrong about having threaten your employees!!!
And then they wonder why we don't want to work!!! I understand they are under pressure too, but a little respect goes a long way.
So we threaten to go to Wal-Mart to work?

what is scary is when they threaten to release
confidential information, basically extortion. I guess what I meant in regard to offshoring the work is when they have depleted their staff, what other option will they have?
You could threaten to involve the media in their area.

Some of us have been threatened about working my schedule, but when there is no work . . . I CANNOT WORK MY SCHEDULE . . . . no-win situation !
