Think about it this way....sm

In order to have what you want here's what would have to take place.

1.  Laws would have to be put into place stating that work cannot leave the US under any shape, form or fashion.

2.  Medicare and Medicaid would need to increase reimbursements to facilities.  When they cut their reimbursements then we suffer in the trickle down effect. 

3.  All  providers would have to agree that the minimum price would be say 20 cpl and all hospitals/clinics would have to understand that this is the way it is.

You can't do anything about #2 and #3 but you can about #1 - be sure to be vocal to your legislators that you want laws in your state to help protect your  job and income!
