and this started when everyone began to view this job more as a way to avoid driving into an office--they got into the mentality that it was good to be GRATEFUL and THANKFUL to just work from the home in their comfy PJs and started accepting lower and lower wages in order to do that.

These days, we can say over and over for people not to accept the wages, but for every one of us who stands by that statement, there are 2 people who will accept the low wage. We have lost, folks.
