Yes they are great to work for. The session statistics on Extext are enabled on the account on work on. However, it is not an ER account. I find the line count to be very fair even though they do not count headers and footers. Being able to view my line count and also number of reports I have done any time I want gives me confidence that my lines are being calculated correctly. From my understanding you get a week vacation after a year. It took about 3 weeks to get my ID set up on the system, and the employee handbook took about 2 additional weeks after that, so be patient.
