You have it exactly right. Greed. One MTSO owner/CEO had the audicity to put a picture of his yacht next to his ID. Okay, they don't do raises. Need to stay in keeping with the rest of the yacht owners in the industry. Nobody should start for less than what they want, because it does not matter how good, loyal, dependable, accurate, and productive you are, there will be no raises coming from most of these companies.
