Thanks so much for your kind words. You know what really shocked me. When my account manager called to say I was doing a great job and thanked me. I don't know whether I was shocked more by her doing that or more by my own reaction. When I saw she was calling I thought, **Good grief, what now.....*** When I heard the ***thank you**, I was stunned. I realized I had not gotten a true heartfelt ***Thank you*** in about15-20 years and I didn't know how to react to it. Isn't that sad? That is what I - or my job - had become. Things are different now and I am happy like I used to be, saying thank you myself.
