I have been in your shoes, don't let anything anyone says get to you. Some states allow you to get short-term disability pay while on maternity leave for up to 12 weeks. We saved our tax returns for my leave after our last allowing me to take 6 weeks of, then going back part time for 6. You might be able to receive WIC through your county as well to help you out with some food and/or formula. Best wishes!!!

Stacy no way does your message below state that you are not yet pregnant and does insinutate that you are as it is so IMPORTANT to be paid you HAVE A BABY  -- so what would one think?  Again if you are planning out in two to three years, benefits change from year to yearm companies merge, go out of business and it is hard to predict that out.   And to be so adamant about  I CANNOT go without pay -- again indicated some urgency in this and not two to three years out -- but this is my two cents worth.

I want to know about a computer if it is provided or not, benefits, vacation pay, and specifically if there is anything for a maternity leave...I have other posts on here and noone really seems to be helping me out much...hasn't anyone been in my situation before?  I need to have pay when I give birth to a baby...I CANNOT go without pay for that time!!!!
