I believe they even give you paid maternity leave. I am not sure about their insurance because I don't use it.

Trantech VR training
I did my training today. I was actually a little surprised. I had done VR with Medquist a couple of years back, and it was a nightmare. This is much simpler. I still don't see how they can pay 1/2 your line rate because like the other poster said, you still have to read every word and use your whole brain. I'll see how it goes, but as far as the training, pretty simple.

How much is family ins at Trantech, is there a shift diff?

Does TranTech have speech recognition and is rate reduced?(sm)

Also how would you rate their SR program as compared to Medquist SR?
