You can get ULD through your phone carrier probably for about $25-30 a month, but use with great caution. Most will monitor if you use more than 5000 minutes a month and will kick you off or worse if you go over. VOiP plans such as Vonage don't have those restrictions currently and are similarly priced. I had Vonage before and it worked just fine for work, but I know other people have had problems with it. I think it depends on where you live.
