I think we may work for the same company. I love the company and the job, but, yes, in checking previous reports I too am mortified by the number of errors I see being let fly by, even down to the actual name of the account not being transcribed as outlined in the account specifics. I suspect perhaps we have a few of the scan-and-upload VR folks rather than the ones who actually edit as required.

I don't think the company is well-liked because of the shoddy work some of the MTs are jamming through. I think the higher-ups are just so far unaware of it.
