Not for OOW, not for computer problems, not for waiting on hold with the help desk.

I think in the five years I've been there, I got paid for a total of 2.5 hours downtime (though the downtime lasted 7 hours).

At Spheris, you are expected to make up it up on your own time, regardless of whether or not there is work available.
